If you’ve selected to pay in installments and payment isn’t able to go through, as long as the payment isn’t your final payment, there’s nothing to worry about! The amount missed will simply be absorbed into the remaining installment amounts raising them slightly to include the missed payment.
If your last installment is your final payment and you miss this payment, you’ll be contacted by one of our Customer Service Travel Experts to go over your options or take different card details.
As final payment dates are set by the adventure operator, if we aren’t able to take payment after a certain amount of time, we’ll be forced to cancel your booking. The amount of time will vary depending on the operator and the cancellation fees associated with your booking and we will always give you plenty of time to make alternative payment arrangements before we cancel your booking.
