Is my adventure still going ahead as planned?
If your adventure is cancelled or suspended by the adventure operator for any reason, we'll email you or give you a call to go over the details and your options. We aim to contact everyone with an affected adventure within 48 business hours. You can also check for messages at any time on your Booking Conversation Page or send a message from there asking for a status update (as below).
