I have credit from a suspended adventure; how do I rebook with this?

Rebooking with your credit is extremely easy! If you're planning to take the same adventure at a later date, all you have to do is log onto your booking conversation page and click to 'View New Dates'. This will then send your new date request to the operator or one of our Customer Service Travel Experts to begin the confirmation process for the new date. Note that unless told otherwise, new dates will be booked at the advertised price and any increase will need to be paid. 

If you're looking to book an entirely different adventure with the same operator, simply send a message from your booking conversation page advising of the new adventure name and the date you'd like to book. Please also try to send either the tour ID number or the link to the adventure page, so we can be sure we're booking you on the correct adventure. The operator or one of our Customer Service Travel Experts will then be able to begin the confirmation process for the new adventure at the advertised price. 

Once the new adventure and/or date has been confirmed, your booking conversation page will be updated to reflect the new adventure details, and you'll receive an email advising you that the adventure is confirmed!
