I accidentally booked the wrong date. Can I change this?

If you’ve accidentally placed your booking request for the wrong date, you will need to contact our office using our online chat or by phone as soon as possible, as we can’t guarantee you will be able to change your date without penalty. Once your booking request has been placed, this will either be immediately confirmed or our booking agents will be working to confirm this with the adventure operator, so we will need to confirm with the operator if the adventure date can be changed without fees.
