How do I find out if the amount I paid for my adventure can be turned into credit?

If your adventure is suspended and you’re eligible for credit, we’ll contact you directly via your Booking Conversation Page or by phone. You’re also able to request to place your booking on the Credit for Future Tours program from your Booking Conversation Page by clicking ‘Modify Booking’ and requesting 'Credit for Future Tours'. TourRadar or your adventure operator will then be in touch to let you know if you’re eligible and what the terms are.
