If you aren't interested in changing your date or keeping your funds on file as credit, you can absolutely cancel your adventure, however cancellation fees will apply as per the operator's terms and conditions. To request your cancellation:
- Log in to your account and select ‘Tours’
- Click ‘Manage Booking’
- Click ‘Modify Booking’
- You can select to change your travel dates, request that your funds remain as credit on file for a future adventure, or you can request cancellation.
- If you choose cancellation, you will then be asked to approve and confirm the operator’s cancellation terms and conditions before a cancellation can be processed.
- Once you request cancellation, you’ll receive a message confirming the cancellation fees for you.
- As soon as we have your confirmation to proceed, the cancellation will be processed and any money to be refunded will be coming back to you shortly!
You can also simply send us a message from your Booking Conversation Page asking about cancellation and we’ll respond to let you know the cancellation fees as soon as possible!
