Can I cancel my booking over the phone?
If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, this should be requested in writing on your Booking Conversation Page, as we need to make sure you are aware of any cancellation fees. You can call to let us know, however our Customer Service Travel Experts will direct you to your Booking Conversation Page to request the cancellation.
